Remember the word that I said to you:
'A servant is not greater than his master'
If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you.
If they kept my word, they will also keep yours (John 15:20).

To the members of the Serbian Orthodox Youth Association of Australia and New Zealand (SOYA), to the faithful Serbian youth of Australia and New Zealand and the righteous, devout Serbian people:

P U B L I C       R E L E A S E

SOYA expresses its most sincere spiritual and operational support to our Church, our Bishop, our clergy and faithful Serbian people, with respect to their joint efforts toward the realization of full ecclesial-administrative unity of our Serbian people in Australia and New Zealand.

With respect to the Constitution of the Metropolitanate of Australia and New Zealand of the Serbian Orthodox Church, SOYA emphasises its full organizational support to this most important document for ecclesiastical and administrative unity of our Serbian people in Australia and New Zealand.

SOYA strongly condemns the lies, slander and malicious messages of schismatic individuals published on the internet, and directed against the Church, the Bishop, our devout Serbian people, against SOYA and against the full spiritual and administrative unity of our Serbian people in Australia and New Zealand. We pray that the Lord grant composure and sobriety to those who have been carrying out inexcusable attacks against us and working against the unity and essence of the Serbian Orthodox Church.

With full spiritual and national unity within SOYA, we eagerly await the ecclesial-administrative unity of the SOC in Australia and New Zealand.

Ever loyal to our Holy Church, serving our righteous people and Serbian youth,

The Executive Board of SOYA
